Mr. Ben Rutkevitz serves as the initial point of contact for clients and dedicates himself to establishing positive relationships. Mr. Rutkevitz’s responsibilities include loan origination and financial analysis of loan applications. Mr. Rutkevitz has been responsible for the origination of several successful transactions and has established himself as an integral liaison between senior management and clientele.
Mr. Rutkevitz graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New York at Albany with a degree in Finance and Marketing. After graduation, he worked for Citi-Corp as a UCC specialist in its leasing department. Following this, he worked for Bear Stearns and Morgan Stanley as a Mutual Fund Analyst. After realizing his passion for real estate, Ben began his venture at Sterling Management, where he managed over three hundred apartments and five buildings in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
