Guy Ferdman serves as an initial contact for incoming business and compiles all pertinent information related to loan requests. After assessing the feasibility of such requests, Mr. Ferdman then works closely with the senior partners in the underwriting and closing process. Mr. Ferdman commits himself to building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, with the intention of promoting client satisfaction and repeat business.
Prior to joining the team at Metro, Mr. Ferdman began working as a financial service professional with Citigroup and later went on to pursue a career as an International Business Specialist with a technologically advanced Financial Services company. His abilities quickly landed him a managerial role.
Guy Ferdman attended the Northeastern University School of Business in Boston, MA and SUNY New Paltz, receiving degrees in finance and economics.
