As one of the co-founders of Metro Funding Corp, Ilan Ferdman worked alongside David Hecht to create the foundation of Metro. Mr. Ferdman was initially provided this opportunity due to his strong background in sales and training development. Prior to joining the Metro team, Mr. Ferdman maintained a long standing position with Verizon Corporate where he trained and managed teams responsible for upgrading all NYC businesses to Verizon’s new digital platform. Mr. Ferdman arrived at Metro and immediately went to work building a team that is grounded in extraordinary customer service, honesty and integrity. In addition to ongoing training and development at Metro, Ilan is responsible for loan origination, underwriting, and investor relations.
Mr. Ferdman graduated from the University of Rochester with an Economics / Legal Studies degree and a Certificate of Finance / Accounting from the William E. Simon School of Businesss.
