Jennifer Bernabeo serves as an integral member of Metro as her influence is seen in many facets of the firm. Mrs. Bernabeo’s contributions to Metro include underwriting, financial analysis of all loan transactions, new business development, establishment and refinement of policies and procedures, and contract negotiation. Maintaining relationships with brokers, borrowers, vendors, and attorneys, Mrs. Bernabeo prides herself in ensuring that all interactions with Metro remain positive and productive. Mrs. Bernabeo has served a fundamental role in a multitude of loan transactions, from origination to closing, distinguishing herself and company in the realm of direct lenders.
Mrs. Bernabeo attended Rutgers University where she received a BA in Psychology and Spanish. Mrs. Bernabeo serves as a member of the Garden State Real Estate Investors Association, and is an affiliate of the National Real Estate Investors Association.
